Founded in 1981, Bay Area Development Company is a California corporation licensed and regulated by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) as a Certified Development Company (CDC) and 504 lender. To date, we have provided over 1,400 Northern California companies with over two billion dollars of 504 project financing, helping our clients create over 14,000 new jobs for Northern California. And while we're proud to consistently rank in the top twenty of over 250 SBA 504 lenders nationwide, the satisfaction of our clients is the true measure of our success.
