hen Don Medine was a police officer he was often asked about the ear piece he invented for himself. After leaving the force in 1996, he turned that interest into a business, manufacturing custom tactical communications equipment and accessories for police officers and soldiers.

Medine’s focus on quality and customer service, combined with the military actions since 9/11, caused demand for his products to grow exponentially. Joe Lampe of Bay Area Development assisted Medine in purchasing a 15,000 square foot facility that allowed him to double his workforce and continue creating the innovative products his customers need.
