Tile Fever
Alissandre Haas has always worked in the creative field and got her start in fabrics and fine linens. A career change was not on her radar until a mentor told her she should look into tile and stone. She did just that and never looked back.
When Allie opened the doors of Tile Fever in 2020, she knew she wanted to do things differently in her own business. Her goal was to curate materials customers dream of finding so she sources from smaller artisan companies around the world. She is driven by the question, “How do I make sure I have things I’d want to use in my home?” but balances that by providing options to suit a wide range of tastes and styles.
During Tile Fever’s peak in business, its building flooded and Allie had to quickly find a new home for her company. The perfect property became available at the perfect time and she purchased it with an SBA 504 loan. Tile Fever’s new building offers an expansive showroom and, nestled in the heart of Sausalito’s artists’ district, it’s also the ideal place for Allie to continue to find the inspiration that brings her clients’ visions to life.
